To use AudioText Service your telephone handset must be in “Tone” mode. If it doesn't work, please dial 500 (charge free) for further assistance.

When you access the Audiotext service, please carefully listen to and strictly follow the instructions to get the information you need quicky.

When you acquire specific information from the audiotext services such as Exchange Rate & Gold Price, Song Word Reading, Short Stories, Railway & Airway Schedule, Economic Information, TV Programs,… you may probably use Key 4 to reward or Key 6 to forward for such information .

To access several Audiotext services from the Audiotext service Introduction (Tel: 801 1080):
Besides direct dialing to each individual Audiotext Service, you may access several Audiotext Services without hanging up the receiver and making separate dialing. Just dial 8011080 and press the two last digits that corresponds to each specific service.
E.g. If you want to get World Sports News (801 1001) and listen to Doremon Story (801 1021), please call the number (801 1080), listen to the instruction, and press 1 for the World Sports News. When you don't want to listen to the World Sports News any more, please press # to get back to the instructions and then press 21 for Doremon Story.
