Procedures for borrowing fixed CityPhone sets:
Customers can undertake the procedures at the counters of Hanoi Telecommunications Company. For door-to-door service, please dial 9110199/8251897.
- Customers should present the following documents:
+ Valid sealed personal papers with photos.
+ Permanent Hanoi residence record or ownership papers of the house/apartment in the above mentioned areas.
Note: For the customers in Trung Hoa-Nhan Chinh living quarter, the required documents are:
+ A set of ownership papers of the house/apartment in the living quarter, including:
. House/Apartment selling contract, House/apartment leasing contract, House/apartment handover record,… signed by the customer
. Buying and selling documents signed by the customer and the copy of ownership signed by the seller.
. Permanent Hanoi residence record in which both the customer and the house/apartment owner are registered.
+ House/apartment leasing contract with the term of at least 12 months, signed by the customer.
