PREPAID CITYPHONE SERVICE (CITYPHONEP)

 CityPhoneP is a Hanoi CityPhone’s prepaid service with daily subscription charge. When registering, you will be provided a Cityphone account in the system.

Call charges will be discounted automatically from your account and a daily subscription charge will be also deducted even you do not make a call. You can use the service until your account runs out of value. Then, you should only recharge your account with CityPhoneP card. So that you will keep contact with others and enjoy all CityPhoneP’s benefits

When your credit runs out, you are offerred 90 days more before your number is deactivated. During the grace period, you can receive incoming calls and SMSs. Please come to Hanoi Telecommunication Company’ counters and agents to recharge your account.

Since September 17, 2009 to use CityphoneP service you have two ways:

+ Buying a CityKit if you have a Cityphone handset with PIM Card

+ Recharging an account if you have a Cityphone handset without PIM Card.

CityKit introduction:

CityKit is a prepaid Cityphone card (CityphoneP), including:

A PIM Card with a PSID number and an account;

A CityphoneP Registration form;

Instruction for Cityphone use;

Other information: Cityphone number, PIM number, account, CityKit price, instruction for activating and checking account.

How to recharge and check account of CityKit

Step 1: Insert your PIM into your handset.

Step 2: Dial 999 from your handset to active the account

Step 3: Dial 900 and press 1 twice to check recharging account

Notice: You can make a call one or two minutes after your account activation
